Slowing Down:



Don’t go too fast – a common mistake is going too fast when you begin and then “blowing up” after only a couple of minutes. If you slow your pace down, to the point of feeling slow, you’ll find you can go for alot longer without your lungs feeling like they’re about to explode. It’s also ok to walk.
