One of the most common methods used by people wanting to get fit and lose weight is running. However, for a lot of people it’s not as simple as walking out the door and beginning to run.

At Xcentuate Personal Training we understand this and have some programs in place to assist those wanting to begin running.

We also organise teams for some of the popular fun runs around Brisbane, taking all the hassle out of entering, collecting race kits and finding your way around. All you have to do is turn up and do your best!
