What Makes Our Fitness Classes DIFFERENT?

  • We have an air conditioned indoor facility so whether it’s sunny, rainy, or just on those cold winter mornings, our classes still run and are weather friendly and enjoyable.
  • Inexpensive option to get the body and results you’re looking for.
  • We don’t YELL! …… We let you work at your own pace with technical guidance, support and encouragement from our team of trainers.
  • All classes are 1 hour in duration (whereas some other places are 45 minutes). This means better value for money and more time to burn FAT?
  • Our indoor classes utilise our outdoor fitness equipment, PLUS all our indoor GYM EQUIPMENT – Treadmill, Rower, Bikes, Bench Press, Lat Pull Down, Squat Racks, Barbells, and Dumbbells.

Big Time Boxing Class

What better way to start the week then by punching away your Mondayitis!

Whether you have aspirations to be the next Danny Green, or you’re just looking for a good cardio workout, Big Time Boxing is for you! With the aim of burning 500 calories per class, you will learn safe boxing techniques, improve co-ordination, tone arms, tone legs (you will be surprised!), build up cardio and lose weight.

From beginners through to the fitness elite, we have a variety of attendees each week, so you’ll never feel out of place.

Confession Session Running Class

This is the class to confess your unhealthy sins from the previous weekend …………. and then forget them and move on. Get your healthy week back on track with a few simple but effective running exercises.

You don’t have to be fast or fit for this class, but you do have to have a sense of motivation and be willing to step out of your comfort zone. Work as hard as you like, or your fitness allows, and join in this fun open air group session. This class is designed around running based activities which include walking, exciting games,short run throughs and up to 5km (run / walk if you can’t make it the whole way). Our instructor will develop your individual technique to help you achieve your running goals. Burn, Burn, Burn!

Rise and Shine Morning Circuit Training

Like the name states, get up in the morning, get moving early and shine through the day.

This class is built around our studio equipment. Using all our exercise machines you’ll get an all over workout targeting and then melting away that ugly, unwanted body fat for good.

I can personally guarantee you that you will never see the same class twice with us.

Big Time Boxing Class

Thank God it’s…. Thursday Afternoon Circuit Training

Just got over hump day, well lucky ‘Thank God It’s Thursday’ circuit training class is here. Start off the run home to the weekend with a bang. High energy, loads of fun and most of all, effective in combating the upcoming weekend shenanigans. Praying to god isn’t gonna fix your health but this class will. Incorporating exercises with light weights, bikes, treadmills, rowers, skipping ropes, medicine balls and much, much more you’ll have the weekend calories burnt off, before it even gets here. If you only have time for one class a week, make it a circuit class so your whole body benefits. Improving strength and endurance at the same time.

Stairway to Heaven Running Classes

Conducted at Kangaroo Point we hold these classes for those that are really looking to step it up a notch…..or 5!! We combine the beautiful outdoors with fat burning, lung screaming, blood pumping exercises for those that want to go the extra mile. This class involves running up stairs and hills, doing burpees, jump squats, sprints and much more! Then to top it all off we throw in some intense strength training to give you a chance to get your breathe back……then we do it all again. If you want to step out of your comfort zone, this is the place to do it! Be warned: Stairway to Heaven will make you sweat!

Weekend Warrior Circuit Training

The Weekend Warrior Circuit Session is where the men are separated from the boys and the women from the girls. This circuit class is not all that different from the other circuit classes we offer and is catered to all fitness levels. However, when you are giving up a potential sleep-in to commence your weekend we know that you are not just interested in achieving your goals but are seriously committed to them, so we design this class accordingly. We have noticed that over the years the clients who have continually attended this session have achieved the greatest results, which has in turn has created a vibrant and happy atmosphere. So why don’t you start your weekend with fun-loving people and learn why you too will have great success.
